PHASE 2: CORRECTIVE CARE

Once your pain has begun to ease, we move into the Corrective Care phase—the foundation for long-term healing and resilience. At this stage, the focus shifts from immediate symptom relief to addressing the underlying imbalances and dysfunctions that contributed to your condition in the first place.

During this phase, we work to retrain muscles, restore proper joint function, and support the healing of soft tissues. This not only promotes more complete recovery but also helps prevent future flare-ups and injuries. Think of it as reinforcing the structure after the foundation is solid - building strength, alignment, and balance from the inside out.

Depending on your individual progress, overall health, and the complexity of your condition, care is typically recommended four to eight times per month for a period of two to 12 months. The goal during Corrective Care is to create lasting change, improve function, and set the stage for lifelong wellness.
